Ram 3500 knuckle question
Is it possible to place a srt10 5 lug hub into a ram 3500 knuckle i am getting ready to do a entire different lowering system on my truck just wanted to know the direction i could take with the hubs... i just a=wanted tech expert in these two fitment points or if any has extra knuckles and hubs to check if fitment is there or not.
More like just checking hub fitment on 3500 knuckles and putting srt10 1500 hub into that 3500 knuckle and then being placed on HALF TON..
I've asked around on these hubs and fitment between the two knuckles, a lot of people i ask are not sure. i want to pull the given inch away from the srt10 height and go to a 3500 knuckle with my new air suspen.
I know the hub assembly for the 2500/3500 has 4 bolts. I thought the 1500 use the 3 bolt assemble. I don't understand why you would want to put a 3500 knuckle on a 1500.

There is a forum out there that some were using the 3500 dodge ram spindles on there 1500 rams to clear 15 inch rotors (the specs are there) for there big brake upgrade without spending lots of money on after market or high priced dodge srt10 parts to achieve this brake upgrade because they are set up to use the larger piston calipers and i can not find that forum.. some gave the specs on it and comparing the srt10 spindles to the 3500 spindles are almost the same when the specs clear 15 inch rotors.

Sorry, you are talking about a RWD 2500/3500 knuckle. Looks like the 3-bolt pattern is the same but the diameter of the hub assembly that goes inside the knuckle seem to be bigger on the 2500 vs 1500. What about using an SRT bracket/calipers. I assume they hard to locate but I believe the SRT uses the same 1500 knuckle.

You cannot use 3500 knuckles with 1500 hubs (SRT-10 uses 1500 hubs). The knuckle from the SRT truck is different than the standard 1500 knuckle, caster/camber set is different as well as the mounting ears for the brakes. 3500 hubs are herkier for a reason (duh it's a 1 ton truck). It's not the knuckles to clear the brakes, you have to have the correct knuckle and proper size rim to clear those calipers and rotors. What you are proposing is one of the goofiest things I have heard in a while...
