Default 03 and slight amount if oil in header tank.

Been having issues with my 03 Hemi recently.
Truck been methodicly serviced evey 5k and new plugs every 40k.
I know that s a long interval for plugs but, they are NKK iriddiums and I also run LPG as a fuel.
Truck has 160k on her and never a problem engine wise till now.

Ive noticed of late that a small amount of coolant needs to be added every 2-3 weeks or so.

I then developed a missfire and pulled the plugs after getting a P0304 error.
Sure enough on cylinder #4 both plugs had the central ceramic insulator cracked off and missing on both plugs.
Truck pulls very strong and it only missfired when first started.
I thought I spotted a white plume of smoke from the exhaust on cold mornings, but that quickly stopped.
I replaced the plugs and thought no more of it as the truck never overheated and pulled like a bull without any loss of performance or poor milleage etc.

Fast forward approx 1k and 4 months and she started to missfire again.
Pulled the plugs as I generated anotherP0304 code.
Sure enough..... Both plugs cylinder #4 ceramic centers cracked in half with on half missing. Presumably gone up the exhaust valve like the first.

Today I changed out the plugs again along with the spak plug wires, injector and coil pack on #4 cylinder.
All new OEM parts.

Trucks not missing or generating codes now but..... I peered into the coolant resevoir and spotted a small ammount of oil floating on the top.
Theres no milkshake in the oil or on the dip stick.
The trucks not smoking or showing hot on the temp gauge.

I guess its either a goosed head gasket.... Cracked head or cracked inlet manifold.

I have a leak down tester so can test further.

Questions.

What do people think?

Any experience on here of what it might be?

What tests should i do to help pin point to what it is?

Will a goosed intake actually cause oil in coolant on a Hemi?

Any and all help is appreciated brothers.

Al.

Leak down or compression check is a good start. You may also want to do a block test.
