I just had the dealer install a new door switch for a rear window problem, yesterday the auto down of the drivers door window stopped bringing the window all the way down. Is there something the dealer needs to teach the new switch or is there another problem?? Any help would be appreciated..

 

Sounds like they may have replaced the wrong switch. Many times the issue is with the master switch and not the individual door switch.

Hold the button down until the window is all the way down and HOLD it for a few seconds. The window might "twitch". This "fixes" my 300C's auto down (and up).

 

had that issue with our Nitro, had to hold the button up for 10 seconds then down for 10 seconds, did this 3 times and window works like normal again
