Default Assistance Please! 2005 Rumble Bee, odometer shuts off and often wont start

hello all, the issues. occasionally wont start and odometer shuts off and on. what i have done: battery replace, both battery cables checked for bad connections/ cuts/ shorts/ ect. all fuses checked and or replaced. only light on is engine light. Today i am running diagnostic test and performing tune up and checking for lose or cut wires around cluster and firewall areas. will update afterwards. only fuse that was bad was cigarette outlet. Any advice or direction you guys can point me from your experience will be greatly appreciated.

P.S everything other than the what's stated above is in fine working order.

Let the odometer on/off run it's course and see if it shows a "NO BUS" message after it's done flashing.

When you say WONT START, you mean cranks or not cranks

The Guy i bought it from said its come on and off for couple years. Its a random on off not seeming to be linked to hitting bumps on road.

Figured out the crank issue, it was a bad connection on neg cable to battery and frame. Just a click sound before it was fixed.

Considering pulling cluster and testing, thoughts? Thanks for your help!

If it's a break in a circuit or loose solder spot making that on/off happen, you might just make it worse by flexing it. Hey, at least you'll know then (:
