I went to start my truck and had zero response from the gas pedal. No check engine light but etc flashing. I did a little research and changed the throttle body. Now etc still flashes and I have some pedal response but truck only goes to 2000 rpms. I tried resetting pcm by pullingfuse but no results. Any help appreciated
