Torque converter lockup

2005 ram 1500 5.7
I've noticed that my torque converter isn't locking up anymore. Has anybody else had this issue? Are there any common causes?

TCC solenoid, but normally you'd get a light for it if it malfunctioned

the light isn't on it just isn't locking up.
I recently did a cam swap but that shouldn't affect it.
Possibility of a relay problem.
I'll try changing the solenoid. Easy enough to try
