Default Multiple misfiring p0300.. hope the last..

2003 Dodge ram 1500 slt quad cab 4.7l.
Now to all whoes helped me tyvm. Bought my vehicle used and well seems like some things wernt divulged. Oh well.
What was fixed/issues corrected are as follows.
Catalac converter situation.... done
Too rich fuel ... done. Seemed like it corrected after catalac situation was done. No more repeats of code.
Sensors all changed.
Changed fuel rail.
New spark plugs.
Ram flucts 7p and down stabalized after cat situation.
Tested ignition coils all working

Now the misfiring code still come on and yes you can tell by engines rattle/sound...

Any ideas where to go from here. And trashing the truck aint an option ...lol

Do a compression check 4.7 when overheated will blow head gaskets.
