Default 2005 dodge Ram 1500 4.7 engine noise need help

I have a 2005 dodge Ram 1500 4.7 208k have worked on a lot of 4.7s but it started making noises so i replaced oil pump, lifters, timing chains and guides, and now when i start it up its still loud reminds me of the normal timing chain noise when is cold its loud and when it warms up its goes to a light tick. But like i said i just replaced the chains everything is tight now im at a loss. It definitely does not sound like a rod or a exhaust leak is it possible that even tho it runs good one of my vales/seats could be dropping so it is making noise or something else all rocker arms appear to be tight?

motors are notorious for manifold bolts breaking, but if the tick never goes away. might be a valve.
