Default No codes, no start ? 2006 5.9 cummins

Alright guys, in need of serious help cause I am fed up with this truck.

Friday fixed the intermittent issue that was sending any codes, cool (fuses do you dirty it seems). WELL.

Truck started (long crank to start) and drove normal all weekend, up until this morning. I went about 16 hours without starting it, now please acknowledge this long crank to start has been an issue, and it acted up recently but we thought we had it fixed.

This morning I went to start it at about 51 degrees, and no start once again. It cranks like it wants to start, it just wont actually do it?

Here is what I KNOW it is not because they have either all been tested or replaced entirely:

Fan clutch
Batteries
Alternator
Starter
GROUNDS (checked, re checked and checked again.)
Crankshaft sensor
Fuel filter
Fuel is NOT contaminated
Air filter
Grid heater
Rail Pressure sensor

Maybe more, I could be running short, it's been a lengthy process. PLEASE help.

What is the rail pressure? Could be a lift pump issue. May have injector or injectors bad.
