Default Bad Ball joint?

So, the lower ball joint in question was last replaced by the dealer back in 2006. About 150k miles earlier. Not bad I suppose. The Passenger side was replaced when I replaced the whole power steering system (Rack/pump/cooler/tie rod ends) in April of 2016 and has a grease fitting on it. This is the only ball joint I cannot grease. And when turning the wheel or bouncing up and down as seen in the video, I'm 99% sure it's coming from the ball joint. What are you thoughts? Planning on taking it in tomorrow to have it fixed, so hopefully I can get some replies before then.

ball joints can dry out and squeak when turning the wheel. if its that dry, it needs replacement.

Well, it ended up being a busted sway bar link and the lower and uppers had some play in them. a new lower and upper, and a new sway bar link later (and a front end alignment) and its quiet as a church mouse again.
