Default Axle shift

If my track bar bushings are worn, would that allow my axle to shift slightly to the passenger side. Thanks in advance for any info. (03 2500)

Worn track bar bushings would allow more play side to side, letting it shift either direction and I'd imagine it would be a bumpier ride as well. They should be visible for inspection with minimal effort. If they are, I'd recommend replacing them with Polyurethane.
