Default 04 Hemi 1500 Bogging and Stalling

Having some issues I need some help on.

I've got an '04 Hemi 1500 2 wheel drive. I'm having an issue with it bogging down and stalling under heavy load/acceleration. It starts and idles fine, and even will drive ok under very light acceleration. No rough idling or rough driving until you start to put it under a heavy load or put your foot to the floor. The more throttle you give it, it starts to bog and sputter, until you get to full throttle, then it just totally stalls out. Let your foot off of it and it will start to sputter back to life and you can keep driving it under light throttle. No check engine lights or trouble codes. Did all the easy stuff already. Checked the air filter, cleaned the throttle body, checked the PCV valve. All fine. Plugs and wires have about 40,000 miles on them, so I don't think that's it, either. I went and rented a fuel pressure tester from Autozone. It read 52 psi when the key was in the run position, truck not started. When you start it, the gauge goes nuts, starts bouncing all over the place from between 48 psi up to 62. So since all signs pointed to the fuel pump (pressure is supposed to be 58 +/- 2), I went ahead and dropped the tank and replaced it. Fired it up tonight, same problem. Still no codes. Still bogs and sputters under any kind of load. Anybody got any advice on this one?

Plugs are every 30k. Could be a bad plug. You could try a can of sea foam in the tank, see if you have a plugged or partially plugged injector. Are you doing the key, to get codes or a reader.

I'll do the plugs and wires as soon as I get a couple of hours this weekend.

I've got a can of sea foam, but since the truck is so hard to drive, what's the best way to run it through and flush the injectors? Is there a way they can be checked?

I've got a SuperChips that reads the codes. I've never had a check engine light come on during this whole process.

Run the sea foam at a half tank. You can run that now before the plugs. Factory scan tool to check injectors without pulling them.

Same here, but do the full Sea Foam treatment, rather than just in the gas.

Did the plugs and wires and added a full can of Seafoam to a half tank of gas. Didn't make any difference. Went out and drove the truck about 10 miles, acted up the whole time. Bogging and stuttering above 3K RPMs. Started to cut out and miss as I got closer to 55 MPH. Does it need to be driven more to let the Seafoam work its way through?

Also, it started surging at idle when I got back home. Hasn't been doing that. Every time before it would dip down, I heard a click sound, RPMs would drop, then surge back up. I traced the clicking to the Fuel Vapor Leak Detection Pump. Not sure if that's normal or not, just something I noticed.

Could this be an injector? Is there any way to check individual injectors or am I going to have to break down and take this thing in to a shop? I need to do everything in my power to get it going before the weekend. It's not a daily driver, but my mother-in-law is coming in for a few weeks and I need all of our vehicles running in case she needs to get anywhere.

What's the full treatment? I thought the only thing they offered was the stuff you add to the gas tank.

Did you clean the throttle body? You can use sea foam or non chlorinated brake cleaner. Don't push the throttle body open by hand. Best to remove it.

Unfortunately, yes, I cleaned it before I dropped the tank.
