running lights won't work on left side

running lights won't work on left side

My blinkers and brake light works on the left side but not running light on the font and rear. My right side works just fine. I replaced the fuse, tail light harness, and all the bulbs but nothing. Has anyone had this problem in the 04 ram 1500's?
