Exclamation New member and need help

Glad I found such a knowledgeable group of people. I recently had to resurrect my 2007 1500 Ram 4x4. She is paid off and only has 150k on it. after doing a quick EGR valve replacement to get it through emissions and some wheel hubs I am now dealing with a loss of power and a really laboring noise with acceleration in first gear. After I started it back up the power was just fine and reminded me why I love this truck so much. The thrill has turned into a mind spinning concern for costly repairs. Everything is great in third and cruising down the road or if I take my foot out of it but getting it into higher gears takes work that it didn't need three weeks ago.

Thank you in advance.

How long did it sit? Try some sea foam in the tank. When was its last tune up?

Also a new member. I have a 1995 B1500 Conversion with the fuse box in glove compartment. As I was troubleshooting my horns, I replaced the blown 10 amp fuse, after testing the horn with no issues about 5 minutes after, with engine running, there came smoke from inside dash at glove box. Immediately turned off van. Rechecked horn fuse then started engine again....after checking horn, other instruments failed...wipers, radio, etc...im lost. Please Help
Thanx.
