Default 07 ram 1500 thumping noise

I have a 07 ram quad cab 4x4 hemi. I have this thump noise when driving. Best I can describe it is thump thump thump thump thump driving in straight line it's a very rythmic thump I put it in 4x4 and nothing changes at all. Tires are new brakes are new. Sounds like it's coming from the front end somewhere. I've jacked front end up and everything seams tight. But it definitely sounds like it's in the front somewhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get the tires balanced again, and visually inspect them for bumps or bubbles.
How are the shocks, any signs of leaking?

I don't think it's shocks. I can be on 100% smooth road and it still has a thump thump thump noise. I don't feel it in the steering wheel truck has a slight vibration nothing real noticable

Would you be able to get a video with the noise? If you don't feel anything in the steering, it might be something in the rear suspension?

Does the thump constantly stay at the same interval or does it speed up and slow down with the truck?

Rotate your wheels front to back. That should rule out (or confirm) wheel and tires.

I can attempt to get a video it's a faint thumping. I cannot hear anything low speeds under 30mph really and at 75 on thru way I dont hear it either. Tires are brand spanking new Goodyear wranglers maybe 600 miles on them. I'm fairly certain it was doing it prior to getting tires on. And yes it does increase a little bit while I go faster but seams to go away when I get over a certain speed. The thumping is best described as if I were to have a flat spot in a tire but a lot quieter

Does it happen mostly on straight roads? Do you hear anything when going around corners at 30-40 mph?
Maybe a torn bushing or a bad U-joint somewhere?
