Default 2003 ram 1500 4.7l HELP!!!

I have a 2003 ram 1500 that begins to pudder at 3000 rpm and wont stop unless i let off the gas. note: the exhaust is snapped right after the manifold so would that be my problem? i recently changed all 8 plugs because the 3rd cylinder had a miss. it wasnt doing that prior to changing the plugs. even with the non existent exhaust

Define "puddle". That is not a term I am familiar with.

Exhaust won't cause your issue. Any codes? I thought 4.7 have 16 plugs?

533 is an ac code. 522 is oil pressure switch. 357 I believe is a cam sensor code. That one can cause your issue. IMO I would change crank sensor as well.
