Default Ticking and squeak when accelerating?

I have a 02 Ram 1500 4.7L that makes a ticking sound with a faint or slight squeak when accelerating but only when the truck is moving forwards or reverse. (NOT while in park or neutral)

Sound gets louder the harder I accelerate but sometimes varies depending on how slow I work up to my desired speed. When I let off the gas or coast regardless of speed the sound stops.

Does anyone know what this could be from?

I have had an exhaust leak before and it's not the same type of noise, the slight squeak almost sounds like it's related to something that's revolving maybe drive shaft? The noise doesn't seem to be coming from the engine area either, any ideas?
Thanks
