Default Possible CTM Failure?

Hey y'all, first post here but looking forward to all the help y'all offer here.

My my first Dodge and my first diesel. Bought it a couple months ago.

2008 Dodge Ram 2500 Heavy Duty 6.7L Cummins with the 6spd auto.

Power locks, power windows, power rear slider and power seats.

When I bought it the auto down function for the driver window didn't work (still rolls down just the auto function) and the dome lights didn't come on when the doors were open or with the dimmer roller but came on when you manually clicked them on individually.

Well yesterday morning the the dome lights stopped working all together along with the cluster back lighting and the climate control back lighting. Radio still works and lights up.

I checked fuses and they are good.

From what ive read it sounds like the CTM but all the searching I've done is only coming up with 2nd Gen trucks. Do our 3rd gens have them as well? And where is it
located?

Any other Info on this or any other ideas are welcome as well.
