Default 04 Ram 2500 Diesel IPM or TIPM

I've been looking til I'm blue in the face. Say Smurf!

Anyway, I've got the 04 Ram Diesel that is starting to show various power related issues.

Fog lamps are intermittent, mostly inoperative. Relay operates and have checked it by moving relays around. No effect.

Driver side rear window inoperative. Passenger side front window now inoperative. Drivers side control switch panel has been replaced with a new unit. No effect. Individual motors work if powered directly from a 12V source.

Saw dash gauges go wacko a couple times, but that hasn't repeated. Yet.

12V power source in my fold down center ditty box is inoperative. Wiring checked when seat was removed. Nothing found.

Trailer lighting 4 prong pigtail now inoperative.

I suspect the IPM or TIPM for some or most of these.

My question is this: Am I correct in this suspicion? Also, if I am correct, does this module need to be reprogrammed if replaced? I understand that later model Dodge's do require a reprogramming but haven't been able to find an absolute answer in this regard on my 04 Ram.

BTW, I have looked for the exact replacement module and have only found used ones. No new or refurbished units. Part #P56051040AD Normally, I use a wrecking yard locator site I know to find what I need and did find a couple. But for this item I'm thinking new or refurbished would be best. But I'm worried about the reprogramming gig. I try to avoid stealerships if I can for anything but warranty or recall work.

I've looked at NEWCHRYSLERPARTS.COM as well as MOPARONLINEPARTS.COM with no luck.

Thanks in advance for the help.
