2002 RAM 1500 2wd 4.7 with automatic.

Just developed a key off power drain. Tested across all the fuses and found fuse 19 ecm/skm is the draw. I have unhooked the three wiring harness connections to the ecm and still have a draw on fuse 19.

Also, I have 2 ECMs and get a drain with either.

Any input would be appreciated.

Draw was 20mv

Fuse 19 was showing the draw. After several hours of checking for shorts on the fuse 19 circuit, we discovered the mic on the after market stereo was shorting out. Not 100 percent why fuse 19 was showing the draw, but after pulling the mic, the draw went away.
