My 2006 Mega Cab has started switching in and out of 4 wheel drive. Sometimes it does it when I hit the key fob to enter, other times when I am driving. I found some old posts from years ago and tried their suggestions, but none worked. I'm hesitant yet to to take it into a shop because I'm pretty sure the line will go 1) You need a new switch 2) Your PCM needs flashing 3) You need a new transfer case. Its obvious its not mechanical because it does shift into 4H. So I'm leaning its an electrical issue but not sure where. Any suggestions?
