I posted this in the appropriate van section as well but figured you guys could help. I was wondering what all I'll have to change to do this swap/swaps. The engine swap probably won't come until later this year as the 318 in the van is still plugging along at 171,00 miles and counting and I'll have more time in the fall. I'm guessing I'll need an older PCM, have to swap most of the sensors off the 318 onto the 360, maybe change catalytic converter, etc. Hoping I won't have to change the wiring harness. I would tear down the 360, inspect it, measure stuff, do what was needed, freshen it up, etc.
