Default Help! Camshaft position sensor issues

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with 4.7 magnum and 5 spd manual. Check engine light intermittent. Codes said camshaft position sensor circuit intermittent. Replaced sensor. Check engine light intermittent again. Codes said same problem again. Replaced sensor and electrical connector. Check engine light continuous. Same codes as before. Replaced ECM. Motor started normally. Would rev above 4000 rpms. Check engine light off. Check engine light continuous within a minute and motor self-governing @ 2500 rpms as before. Codes are stll saying camshaft position sensor circuit intermittent. I need help. Don't know what to do. ......can anyone help? Please! !!!!
