Default RPM Surging at Idle

Hello all, my 2004 ram 1500 4.7 with 78,000 miles is surging RPM at idle and stalling. What could be the problem? There is no check engine light on.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your help.
Start your engine and while at idle, tap on the TPS (throttle position sensor). If the rpm changes, you probably have a failing TPS.
