Default Evaporator

It's been a long time but I need some help. Does the whole dash really need to come out to change the evaporator? 04 1500, quad cab, 4x4, slt, 260,000 miles.

Unfortunately, yes, it does. It's an exercise, but, doable.

I don't know, I pretty much just deal with the second gens. I bet there are videos on youtube though.

i remove the steering column...others just lower it...you should be able to pull the dash back far enough and rest it near the seat...check you tube for some video
