Ok so at red lights my truck likes to shut off then starts right back then while I'm driving from time to time around 30 to 50 mph at a steady foot throttle the rpms go up and down really fast no check light and I have no idea where to start any suggestions would be helpful

Thank you my mistake lol and that's located right on the throttle body or next to the throttle body I should say correct ? I cleaned out the throttle body it wasn't that bad as I cleaned it about a year ago when I installed my cold air kit.

 

Yes, that is correct. A quick google search can show toy the exact location. Its easy to replace. I had the same problems with my 04, however I found the problem to be in the manifold gaskets, it would suck in too much air but not enough to throw a code. I would start with the TPS as its easy to replace, the manifold gaskets are cheap but a real PITA to replace LOL
