Default RE: Keep Y-pipe or not? Conflicting info

yeah put the money in the gas tank! anyway, as of this morning, i removed the 2 borla mufflers, installed the dual in dual out maganflow muffler. it has the internal crossover design, adding balance to the system. and WOW what a deep powerful sound, before running 4 cylinders thru 1 muffler, now all 8 merging in one muffler, it's quite authoritative now....

talked to a dodge exhaust specialist with regards to the HEMI, and the removal of the Y-pipe. he said yes, u will lose a little low end torque, but since the hemi is a higher RPM motor, it really is an insignifact drop...and once again, YOU CANT HAVE IT ALL!!! all in the eyes of the driver....

thanks all for the inputs......
