Default Question on stock 17" to stock 20" rim

I am looking at buying a 2003 dodge ram 4x4 with the stock 17" rims. I also see locally a set of stock 20" rims for 2002-2008 for sale at a good price. I really like the look of the 20" rims. Is there anything I would need to do to put the 20's on a Ram that had 17" from factory?
Both sets are factory rims. Also would I need the computer flashed/ spacers?

Thanks,

Also the 20" rims come with factory size tires for rams with 20".

They should just bolt right on. No spacers required. (and, I really don't like spacers) What size are the tires on your truck, and what size are the other tires? The only thing that may change, if the tires are not the same diameter, is your speedometer will be wrong.

Thanks for the answer. I ended up not buying the truck, but good to know if I come across another deal like this. So for now my truck search continues..

Thanks again
