Default 2002 Ram 1500 A/C condenser fan not working

Hi everyone, this is my first post here. A few months back, the AC in my 02 Ram 1500 stopped working but would work when the truck was driving over 30 mph or so. I checked the fuses to discover the condenser fan fuse was blown. I replaced it and the AC worked for about another 2-3 months and then stopped working again (still worked while going 30 mph or more). I checked the fuse again and the fuse was good now but the condenser fan was not running while the truck was running with the AC on. I tapped the fan and tried to spin it manually with no success. Any suggestions on where I should go from here?

Are you getting power to the fan? Does it have a good ground?

If you can't spin it manually, it sounds like it locked up, which will definitely blow a fuse.

I meant to say when I spin it by hand, it doesn't start spinning on it's own...it's not locked up. Also, the fuse blew previously but is good right now

relay and fuse are both good. I'm gonna have to locate my voltmeter or buy a new one before I can test power

I actually made a test light with a tail light bulb and the fan is not getting power with air conditioning on.

Need to find out where the power is lost. Start backtracing the circuit, and see what you find.
