Default Cluster Current Draw Horn going off

Hello, I wondering if anybody has had any luck tracking down the cause of the instrument cluster 1.08A current draw. The last few years Ive been fighting my 2004 Ram 2500 losing charge after just 2 days of not driving. Also been fighting horn going off continually. I have pulled the fuse because it wont stop. Back to e current draw......i traced it down to the large plug on the back of the instrument cluster. I pull it and the draw goes to about .05A. Any help greatly appreciated!!!
