Check engine light on? When was the last tune up? Checked for obvious things? Vacuum leaks, weak fuel pump, clogged catalytic converter, bad gas, etc, etc.

Thanks Jkeaton. I tuned it up after replacing the MAP sensor. New Coil Packs, plugs oil and filter. It did seem to have the incorrect filter on it. Cheacked for leaks not sure. Catalytic converter? How would I do that. After the tune and rechecking to insure all plug, screws and nuts are tight. It still misfires. I have sea foamed the paint off of my poor truck. Didn't change a thing.
This started out of the blue after towing my pop-up camper.
mis fire at least 3 times a cycle.
Will not rev up over 4000 rpm in park or driving.
While driving the power steering chatters and AC is weak.
Thanks

Remove the front O2 sensor(s?) from the exhaust, go for a drive, run any better? If it does, your cats are suspect. If it doesn't, may have a broken valve spring.
