Hi there,
I own a 2003 single cab short bed hemi and am currently running an exhaust that is dual piped from the cats back, with two small (not sure of the brand) mufflers on each pipe. Exhaust size now is 3 inch. It sounds good but is too throaty for me. I like more of a crackle on my vehicles and am wondering what my best option would be. I don’t want to punch out or delete my cats but I’m not against removing all other mufflers. Is 2 1/4 inch pipe probably my best option?

 

It is illegal to remove/punch out the catalytic converters.

 

It has 2 cats? Should only have one...
