Default Replacing AC Compressor

Truck Info
2003 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7l 2wd

Issue
AC compressor seems seized when clutch engages.

So, this is not my truck but the owner swears that I can do this job for him because hes seen me rebuild an automatic honda transmission, perform significant work on an audi, lift a trailblazer and replace parts etc. I wrench on my own cars and engines but have never dealt with AC parts.

So here is my thought process on this...

1. Have him take the truck to a mechanic and have them evacuate the existing refrigerant.
2. Parts used will be from rock auto and consist of
- ac compressor
- refrigerant hose
- accumlator
- complete seal kit to replace any seals that i come across
- sp-15 PAG oil
3. Remove ac compressor and other parts
4. Drain the compressor and measure oil.
5. Add same amount of oil to new compressor
6. Install all parts to factory specs
7. Have owner drive to mechanic to have refrigerant refilled.

Does this seem like the correct steps? Am i missing anything?

New compressor will come filled with oil. (at least, it should.....) Let the shop that recharges the a/c deal with the oil, just let them know how much was in the parts you swapped, and how much is in the compressor when you install it.
