I HAVE A 2008 DODGE RAM, ever since I have had the rack replaced there has been a noticeable vibration when I slow down to 30 kph until I hit 20 kph then goes away. not noticeable ubder acceleration

Do you feel it thru the seat, or the steering wheel?

I would be tempted to have the tires rotated/balanced, and see if the issue changes at all.

i feel it in the entire truck, seat, steering and dash. But like I said it is only between 20-30 kph on deceleration. I guess I could try having them ballenced and rotated as it couldn't hurt.

Might wanna have a look at the steering..... it's possible they left something loose, and that is what you are feeling. Have you taken the truck back to them, to have it checked?

Universal joints will sometimes act up on decel and not accel when under more stress....
