Default 2500 wont crank

I' new here and need help with 2004 Ram 5.7 hemi problem. It shut off while driving and would not crank over. I have checked and replaced the battery, starter, and starter relay so far. Symptom remains the same, turn key clicks and nothing else.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated??

Not sure if this truck has one but it my be a fuel relay. If you get into an accident there is a fuel cut off switch that is activated thus preventing a potential fire it may be linked to your ignition. If not the start tracing wires for corrosion or breakage you may even want to remove the fuse box to inspect the circuit board for any obvious issues.

Thank you for the reply, I have now discovered a bit more... I took the new starter off and had someone turn the crankshaft with a wrench, the crankshaft turns and the flywheel didn' move.I used a prybar to to coax it and nothing doing, it! So the single clunk noise I hear on start is the starter engaging the stuck flywheel. Any thoughts ?

If the crank turns in front, but, the flywheel does not..... something is seriously broken...... That is not going to be an inexpensive fix.

The only way that could happen is if the crank is actually broken!!

Looks like you’ll be installing that new starter on a new engine!
