Default 2003 ram2500 5.7 rough idle

Ok guys, I have a 2003 Dodge ram 2500 4wd with the 5.7 hemi in it. The truck has about 183,000 miles. I have been intermittently experiencing a rough idle after a prolonged warm-up (typically 10 minutes or so, yes I know that's unneccassary.) I intermittently get a p0440 error code, but never at the same time as I have rough idle. I have replaced canister and purge valve, I have replaced spark plugs and checked coils, no signs of cracking or arc. I seem to consume about 1/2 qt of oil over the course of 1000 miles, and regularly top it off as well as had an oil change at a dealership about 500-70 miles ago. about 80k ago I had the lifters replaced because I was getting the "hemi tick" but outside of oil consumption I am not noticing any similar symptoms.

so I am onto my next tests, can someone tell me spec for compression, leak-down and fuel pressure?
