Engine swap 4.7 to 360

Not easily. And maybe not at all, depending on the year of the donor. Lots of things changed in the electronics, and how gauges and such work over the years. You will likely have to re-pin the connectors for the body side of the harness........ That will be an exercise.
Still and all, replacing with another 4.7 would be easiest, and even if you have to pay more for the motor, it will likely still end up being cheaper. Going to a 5.7 wouldn't be too much more difficult, as all factory parts are available for that swap. Going to the 360/46R? trans, on the other hand, is going to be a major undertaking, and will most likely require some fabrication work as well. (the trans mount isn't going to be in the same place......)
Unless you are getting the 360 and such for free, it just isn't worth it. (and even then, I wouldn't wanna do it........)
