Hi guys. I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 with the 4.7. And I was driving down the road with cruise control on and whenever I took it off Cruise it died. And whenever I want to start it back it wouldn't start. So I started pumping the gas and then it would start but it would die right after it wouldn't idle. The only way it would keep running is if I gave it gas. So I replace the eyes the IAC valve in the throttle positioning sensor and it would make it idle but really low then it would just die. Reset the ECM and it didn't do anything for it I have no codes popping up. So if anybody can help I'm all ears thank you.

keep driving it until a code does pop up. from personal experience, if there is even one weak or dead cylinder these motors wont idle but at higher rpm they seem to run alright. just hope it isnt a valve seat starting to drop
