Default Minimal heat from defrost and vents 2003 ram 1500

I just had the heater core, radiator adn the thermostat replaced, bled system with nose up 10 to 15 degrees and bled through bleeder screw several time for periods of up to 30 minutes. Engine does not overheat, no coolant loss, climate control switch as does all blend doors. Any help would be great it is -24c

Yeah, it is most certainly cold out.... -4f here when I came home, likely colder now.......

You probably still have an air pocket in the heater core. They are notoriously difficult to completely purge.

Hey Stevens1227,
Did you replace the core yourself? Just curious. It may be time to rebuild your HVAC box and put in new blend and mode doors. Did you have coolant smell in your truck before the replacement? Let me know.
Thanks,
