coolant issue

In this situation, if the thinking is the radiator is the problem being dirty or plugged. Given the age of the truck .... if you clean the rad it is probably going to start leaking. I would just order up a new radiator and replace it. Only about 120$ for a new rad. If you are thinking of cleaning, don't even bother with the time and expense. Put that money and time towards buying and installing a new rad.
