Lamp Out light came on. I found a back up light and a license plate light out. Replaced both. Lamp Out light still on. Is there a reset?

 

Is there another bulb out?

 

no other lights out

 

Check the wires and look for chafing causing it to ground out. That happened to my right tail lights.

 

Check the bulbs in your taillight circuit boards. Those things are a known problem, your bulb may be good but any kind of intermittent contact will cause the light and the annoying *** ding. There's no reset other than when you figure out the problem.

 

Went back and checked all lights again. One of the brake lights was dimmer than the other ones. Replaced it and the Lamp Out light finally went out.
