Default can anyone help me with fuel trim?

last 6 months i new I had a problem. 2007 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hem I sport. been bogging down when it hit gas. eating gas twice as fast. loss of power. shop couldn't figure out anything. they sucked . said fuel pressure was good not sure if they even checked. I changed plugs, new throttle body, new map sensor, new pcv and new egr. still same problems. so last week I bought one them obd Bluetooth and linked it to torque pro app. and the mode 6 data is telling me 2 errors . I have no check engine light but my test results show 2 errors. and I guarantee this is the problem. I just dont know anything about fuel trim. MID:$31 TID:$96
MID:$31 TID:$95 and when looked this up from dodge mode 6 data online it says error in fuel trim bank 1 and bank 2.
so if anyone could help with this man this would be so appreciated. I'm at point where I wanna ram this thing into a brick building cause I'm so pissed. and I work and support my family so don't have 1000 bucks to spend at shop. so trying to fix these problems myself. thanks

Unplug the front O2 sensor(s), go for a drive. Does it run better? If it does, replace the O2 sensors. They have several failure modes that won't set a code, but, will cause all sorts of interesting driveability problems.

unplug both upstream? or one at a time for 2 separate drives?
