03 5.9 Durango into 05 4.7 ram

Would it be an easy swap to put a 03 Durango 5.9 in a 05 ram currently with 4.7. both auto 2 wheel drive. I think cam sprocket teeth and connector are the same. Any idea about mt mount, tranny, computer...?

Not even slightly, you'd have a slightly easier time putting a 5.7 in place of a 4.7 than a 360.
