Thank you sir, I will definitely pull the covers off again.

I removed them once already and checked the valve springs to see if it had any broken ones. But everything seemed fine.

Questions:
1) First noticeable problem: Oil blowing back into intake through the oil filler neck.
2)Second noticeable problem: After letting the engine run, then with it turned off. White/Gray smoke comes out of the inside of the engine.

Possible Problems:
1)Exhaust Gases not escaping. *Catalytic Converters Removed already*
a) Exhaust Valve(s) broke or bent or not sealing off. Old Valves may have been reused without grinding and resurfacing. The engine was rebuilt in Mexico, so I am not sure what they did now.
b) Piston Rings did not fully seat allowing the exhaust gases pass into block.
c) Exhaust Gases creating pressure inside of engine, which is forcing the oil to be blown out of engine through the oil filler neck. The PCV valve is a one-way valve and should only be allowing air (gas buildup) to return through intake.

Possible Test:
1) Compression Test on Cylinders
2) Remove Vent hose on Oil Filler Neck and for Compression coming from inside the engine.
3) ???? Any Suggestions ????

Solutions:
1) Hire a Lawyer to make them stand behind the engine Warranty.
2) Hire a local Mechanic Shop to pull and Rebuild the Engine. Then Hire a Lawyer to make them stand behind the Engine Warranty and pay for all cost.
3) Rebuild the Engine myself and take this as a learning experience.

Catch can between the PCV port, and intake manifold.
