i have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 sport. It has the 5.9l v8 gas engine. It’s not going into reverse. It makes a high pitched noise and the truck vibrates when I put it in reverse. All the other gears work perfectly. Is there any suggestions?

Need to have it inspected by a transmission shop. Could be internal damage.
