Default Rear end 2008 dodge ram swap
I have a 2008 1500 sxt it has the 9.25 with the 3.92 gear ratio. I'm having issues finding one second hand. Can I swap it out for the different rear end size? If so what else will I need to make the swap?

Why do you want to replace your rear diff?

I lost the old one, not willing to replace with a new one so I am looking at second hand replacement but cant find the right ratio anywhere near me.

May have to buy one, and then have the correct gears installed.......

Is your current rear not rebuildable?
