Hey I'm new here so please be easy on me. What I have going on is I want to get a air intake system for my truck and some sort of chip for better performance. I know I want to get a K&N FIPK intake system but the performance chip is the part I'm new to. What brand and why do you suggest that I should consider? There are many types like Hypertech, Superchip, JET... I need some help ASAP as I want to get this soon. Please post up some website with your suggestions. So far on truckaddons.com I can get a K&N FIPK intake (57-1533) and a Hypertech Power Programmer III (50013) for a total of like $580 shipped...am I looking at the right chip? I want to get more power out of my truck and I heard chips are the inexpensive and easiest way too.
