Well the problem was the line to the right rear was blocked. Cleared the line out and all is good. Bled and flushed the system. Cost to fix was a new caliper which I most likely did not need.

You have a small restrictor fitting in the brake line just before to the wheel cylinder. VERY small orifice. Disconnect brake line from wheel cylinder and apply the brake peddle. If you have no fluid out of the brake line, replace the restrictor fitting. (cheep fix @ auto store) Good luck.

In answer, the right rear brake line from the TEE on top of the rear axle to the right caliper is one piece. The steel line is permanently connected to the flexible hose which is attached (bolts) to the caliper. The restrictor part of the flex hose and does not come off. (and BTW so is the left brake line to the caliper.
if anyone sees it different let me know.
(2004 Ram Laramie with 4 wheel ABS, 5.7 Hemi, 3.92 rear end, cold air intake, TB spacer, performance chip)
