Alright guys/gals
got a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 throwing the etc light
light flashes replaced the battery, accelerator pedal positioning sensor, still stuck in lymp mode I believe
truck will I’ll start but runs rough have zero throttle response when pressing the gas the throttle body does not open
while idle if I manuel open the throttle body still no change in motor sits around 1-2k rpm also hesitated to start

You can verify the throttle signal with a multimeter. Unplug from the throttle body and connect meter to the plug wires. Have someone cycle the pedal.
If you are seeing signal changing with pedal, then replace the throttle body. If you do not see any signal changing, work back through tracing the wiring looking for shorts, blown fuses, or ultimately a faulted PCM. The throttle body is not a common part to fail - yet they do fail. There is no repair for the TB. It is a whole replacement part.
Do you have any buddies with the same truck same engine? Perhaps invite them over. Set them up with a movie. Feed chips and beverages while you sneak off to grab some wrenches to take the throttle body off of their truck and try it in yours. If your truck runs fine with their TB, then you know to replace the TB. If it doesn't, then you know to start tracing wires from the TB.
