Default loss of power

I have a 2004 dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.7 hemi with automatic transmission. Problem is when driving the motor seems to run out strong UNTIL the tranny shifts the second time then the motor bogs down seems to lose power unless you speed up to around 65 mph any ideas what's going on here . Starting out is like full power ahead and then blaaaaaah

Ya that's what it feels like when the transmission shifts the second time it's like its in to high of gear kinda like if you were shifting a manual transmission and went from 1st to 3rd gear
